The location in the old town of Hanoi is great and the staff are really helpful, making for a comfortable stay.

All in all, it is enjoyable base for staying in Hanoi. Affordable prices are not the only benefit here.

Loved the central location, easy to explore the city. The breakfast options were great, especially enjoyed the American breakfast with an Asian twist. Wifi was decent, able to check my Instagram, what more do I need?

Convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The owner is really friendly, and I found a great restaurant nearby called Madam Yen that was definitely worth checking out. The venue has a nice atmosphere and is in a great setting. 🍽️

The rooms are spacious and Madame Hien Restaurant nearby is highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience close to the accommodation near Hoan Kiem Lake.

just returned from hanoi, and hanu's house was even better than before. still in the heart of the old quarter, surrounded by everything you need. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. clean rooms, fresh towels, and great value for money. will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to explore all the famous landmarks and attractions. The room was clean and cozy, with a lovely atmosphere. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool during the hot weather. Communication with the host was easy, and they were responsive to our needs. We also appreciated the option to do laundry at a reasonable price and the convenience of an airport shuttle service.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the mattress was quite springy. The bathroom was on the small side, and the shower was oddly placed in the middle, making it a bit inconvenient.
